Singer Jah - File He is known for uttering the word 'waskaa', whenever he hits the stage. Now, having entered and won the Magnum King and Queen competition last year, Singer Jah has since recorded three songs for Magnum: Register, Padang and Professional. The video for Register has been getting some airplay on local television. He is currently working with manager Deidrick Gray of Pology Productions on his other singles namely, When Yuh Down, Suffering and many others to be released soon. He has also recorded Right on Time for Young Blood Productions. He has recorded over 50 songs, which include Dem Wicked. His songs have also been getting rotation in Canada, US, Europe and the UK. Currently, he is in discussion with overseas personnel about putting on a tour for early 2010. Singer Jah has also made major appearances on shows like the Portland Jerk Festival, A St Mary Mi Come From, Manchester Fiesta and the recently held Beenie Man's Sizzle. With life as his inspiration, his strong Rastafarian faith and love for people, he hopes to continue to bring across a positive message to the people. "I will take it step by step and definitely touch the people's mind, soul and heart," he stated. |
