Flippa Mafia has been in Jamaica for a few weeks and he has been 'flossing' through the Corporate Area.

The Philadelphia-based artiste has been seen at several events, including Sting, where he made money rain on the patrons. During the holiday season he also made appearances at A Black and White Affair, Stone Love Anniversary, Tifa's Birthday Bash and Weddi Weddi, where he spent copious amounts of money on high-end liquor.

Even at the New Year's Eve staging of Passa Passa Wednesdays, Flippa Mafia was tossing money at the patrons there.

"It is just promotion. We haffi go inna the ghetto and mek di people dem feel good. It is not for every show, it is like a Christmas gift," Flippa Mafia told The STAR while noting that he is not sure of the sum of money he has given away this season.

"It is just me. Is not like it's a hyping thing, it is just that I like giving back to the patrons. We just a carry a different style to Jamaica but I will never stop flossing."

Flippa Mafia said he will be promoting himself in Jamaica for a while; making appearances at stage shows and other entertainment events.

But his kindness does not stop there, as he also donated money to his past schools, which is something he frequently does. In December he donated $100,000 each to the Balmagie Primary and Norman Manley High Schools.

Flippa says he should be in Jamaica until the end of the month to continue his 'flossing'.
