19-y-o shot and injured, unidentified man slain by gunmen

A 19-year-old youth was shot and injured and an unidentified man shot dead by gunmen in their community at Settlement, York Town, Clarendon, on Sunday night.

The dead man is of dark complexion, slim build and about 172 centimetres tall with dreadlocks hairstyle.

Reports from the CCN's liaison officer for Clarendon are that about 9:30 p.m., the youth was walking in the community when he was fired on by a group of men.

The police were summoned and on their arrival, the youth and the unidentified man were found suffering from gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital where the man was pronounced dead and the teen treated and released.

The Four Paths police are investigating.
