Mother loses battle to reinstate son in school

The mother of a 14-year-old student who was expelled from the York Castle High School, Brown's Town, St Ann, in January 2006 has lost her legal battle in the Judicial Revenue Court to have the boy reinstated.

The expulsion stemmed from a firearm whch was found in the possession of another student at York Castle High School in March 2006.
