More than 100 12-gauge cartridges were seized by the Kingston East police during an operation at Hypolite Road, Kingston 2 on Thursday.

Two persons were taken into custody in connection with the seizure.

Reports are that between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Kingston East police carried out an operation in the Hypolite Road area. During the exercise, a premises was searched and 144 12-gauge cartridges found.
