Women charged for weed in shop

Two women charged jointly after police found ganja amounting to three ounces at a shop they operated were fined $1,200 each for the offence.

The women, Ladonna Henry and Angella Roach, both pleaded guilty when they appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court facing a charge of possession of ganja.

Reports in that matter are that the police found the drug wrapped in 33 small parcels while searching a shop operated by the accused women. They were then charged and brought before the RM.
