Spaldings, St James daCosta Cup final

Ben Francis champions St James High and Spaldings High will meet in the final of the 2008 ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup.

Both schools scored wins in the semi-finals on Saturday. At Jarrett Park in Montego Bay, St James High whipped Lacovia High 4-1 with top-striker Allan Ottey scoring twice to lift his season tally to 22 goals. Garfield Hall and midfield star Ricardo Morrison got the other goals.

Spaldings clipped Lennon High 2-1 in the other semi-final at St Elizabeth Technical High School. Jovan Powell and Nathan Christopher got the goals for Spaldings.
