Scrapped motor vehicles found in St Mary

The Islington police found six scrapped motor vehicles in bushes in Rosend district, St Mary, during an operation on Sunday morning.

The vehicles found are two white and two silver Toyota Proboxs and two silver Toyota Corollas, one a sedan, the other a station wagon. Two sets of registration plates, PD 7665 and CE 4798, were also found at the scene.

According to the Constabulary Communication Network liaison officer for St Mary, about 7:40 a.m., a police team carried out an operation at Rosend district where the vehicles believed to be stolen were found in bushes.

The police are asking persons whose motor vehicles were stolen and fit the description of the ones found to contact them at 994-4444.
