Man dies after being slammed by truck

A 51-year-old man has died from injuries he sustained when he was hit by a truck in Clarendon on Monday.

Dead is Delroy Richards of Manchester Avenue, May Pen.

Police reports are that about 4:30 p.m. a truck was travelling northerly along Glenmuir Road when Richards walked into its path and was hit. He suffered multiple injuries and was taken to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The May Pen Traffic police are investigating.
