Two Bahamians held without proper documentation or permission, were ordered to leave the country when they appeared in the Corporate Area Resi-dent Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
The men, Ian Porter and Marvin Reckley, were both charged with illegal entry.
The court was told that the men, who are reportedly wanted in their country, were caught in the island, but there were no record of them entering the country legally.
A lawyer, representing the men, told the court that she was not denying allegations that the men are wanted in The Bahamas but asked Senior Resident Magistrate Glen Brown not to keep the men in a local jail.
Both men were admonished and discharged and a removal order made.
