King ... back in the fold. - file
HULL CITY striker Marlon King, Andy Williams and Fabian Taylor are the key additions to Jamaica's Reggae Boyz squad as it prepares to take on Canada in a crucial World Cup qualification showdown on November 19.
The appearance will be the first of the semi-final round for the in-form English Premier League striker.
King was omitted from the national squad by former technical director Rene Simoes for away games to Canada, Mexico and Honduras and was forced to sit out the return games against Mexico and Honduras with a lower back injury.
Looking for goals
"Well, that's the kind of problem you love to have," said interim coach Theodore Whitmore yesterday.
"We are looking for goals, Shelton, Fuller have been playing well so King will be a welcome addition to the squad," Whitmore said.
While Williams was called to the national team for the away qualifiers to Canada, Mexico and Honduras, he did not figure in the plans of Whitmore for the past few home games.
Taylor, who has had a stellar season for Norwegian club Notodden FK, is receiving his first call-up of the campaign.
