Dear Pastor,
I am a 16-year-old student who attends a prominent high school in St Andrew. I have a boyfriend who always keeps malice with me. I am always the one who has to approach him when we are not speaking. Sometimes we do not speak for a month.
Now that we are on speaking terms, I do not know if we are still a couple and I do not want to ask him. I have met another guy who is truly wonderful. We both want to start a relationship together, but I can't forget this other guy.

Dear J.L.,
You need to spend more time on your studies than you do on 'big-people' things. Tell these boys to wait until you are more mature before trying to engage you in activities that can only lead to trouble you are not prepared for.
What you are feeling is commonly referred to as 'puppy love'. If you go too far, guys will use you and you may end up living the type of life you would not have chosen for yourself.
Keep these two guys as social friends and nothing more.
Pastor
