As I understand, your wife is not willing to have any more children. You have not fathered any children, so you would like to have one with her. This matter should have been discussed with your woman before you were married.

Ten years have passed since both of you have been married and now you say you hate your wife and want to get out of the marriage. May I suggest that you see a family counselor before you make your final decision. If your wife is not interested in going to a counselor, you should speak to a lawyer.
