Dear Pastor,

Good day to you. I have been reading your column for a long time, and now I have a problem so I would like you to give me some advice. Eleven years ago, I went to Jamaica and I met a man. I have tried to get him to come to England with me, but everytime he goes for the visa, he is turned down. Normally, I would send money for him, but recently, I met a man in England and I don't know what to do.

Could you help me?

S.B., England

Dear S.B.,

I suggest that you tell the man in Jamaica that you have met a man in England who is interested in you. Tell him that you are considering what to do.

You see, this relationship that you have been having with this man in Jamaica is 11 years old. He is not going to want you to end the relationship because you have been sending him money and he will not want you to stop.

Therefore, you should let him know that if you decide to have a new relationship, you may or may not be in a position to help him financially.

Do what will make you happy, my dear sister.

Pastor
