Dear Pastor,
I am a 19-year-old guy and I cannot seem to get a girl. I attract them, but when I open my mouth I generally push them away. I don't know what to do. My family members say it is because I am a little shy. Now it is like I have the world on my back. I just came out of jail and everyone is expecting me to be a beast and get every girl I see. I don't know what to do. I am starting to feel depressed over the situation.
Pastor, please pray for me and offer me your fatherly advice.

Dear R. G.,
Evidently you are not sure what to say to girls. Perhaps you are indeed very shy. Some guys are good at chatting up to girls, while others struggle. I suggest that you attend youth clubs and mingle with females. Play games with them at the club. They will accept you as a part of them.
Go on trips with community members and offer to pay the fares for a couple girls. They will get to know you and talk to you.
Go to church. Read your Bible and pray. Ask God to help you to be a better person. When people see that you are a changed person, they will trust you.
