GROUP L (A) leaders Port Antonio High will tomorrow aim to take full control of the zone when they host second-place team Fair Prospect High at Boundbrook in the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup football competition. Kick-off time is 3:30 p.m.
In the other match in the group, Buff Bay entertain Titchfield at Lynch Park. Port Antonio, coached by Carl Brissett, lead the group with seven points after three rounds of matches. They have already carved out 1-0 victories over Buff Bay and Titchfield and played to a 0-0 draw with Happy Grove High.
The Boundbrook-based aggregation will again look to strikers Courtney Wilson, Howard Montague and Davian Hinds to lead their charge, with support coming from brothers Theo and Clevan McPherson and Clifton Gowie.
"Our training programme started in July with a rigorous two-week camp," Brissett told Star Sports yesterday.
"We have to be very grateful for our limited resources at this time as the school had done its best in providing nutrition to the players," Brissett said.
Meanwhile, Fair Prospect, with a 1-0 victory over joint second-place team Happy Grove High last Tuesday and a 1-1 draw with Titchfield High on Thursday, will be seeking a share of the points, according to coach Richard Hamilton.
"It is expected to be a tough game for us, however, we are aiming to share the points as we will be playing at their home ground," Hamilton said.
