Dear Pastor,
I am an 18-year-old woman seeking your advice. The problem is that I have an infection which I think is very common for most women at some point in their lives. I realised that I had it when I was 16 years old, but I was afraid to tell my mother because I didn't want her to know that I was sexually active.
I still have it and it is really getting to me because it drains and messes up my underwear. It carries a bad odour and it itches sometimes. I really want to go and get help, but I don't have the money right now.
Pastor, I want to know if it can get worse even though I have waited two years before I get help. Please tell me what I am to do.

Dear Concern Girl,
You should go to the nearest clinic. The doctor will see you. Frankly, you should ask your parents for money to see a doctor.
Anybody who is having an unusual discharge should seek medical attention as early as possible.
