Dear Pastor,
I am a 19-year-old girl seeking advice. My boyfriend is 23 years old and everything I do it is a problem to him. If I am with him and my phone rings and I answer it, he walks away.
Then he says that I have men calling me even when it is just one of my friends. I tell him that I love him and he said that I am only pretending. He says I am telling him lies every day and to tell you the truth, I am being honest with myself and to him. I am not telling him any lies. Whenever I try to explain myself, he shouts at me and tells me he is going to beat me. I don't know what to do.
My head is so confused. I cannot even sleep in the nights because I am thinking about the situation.
Sometimes, I feel that my head is going to explode. Another thing is for the past month we haven't gone to bed and he is saying that I have another man making love to and all sort of foolishness.
Please give me some good advice. Pastor, I really need your help.

Dear K. M.,
I suggest that you leave this young man. He wants to keep you in bondage. He doesn't own you and he has no right to be threatening to beat you because you talk to friends on your phone in his presence.
If he beats you, then you should have him arrested. He is a silly fellow. You should not have a silly man in your life.
If you are not in school, try and go back to school. This guy doesn't trust you and he doesn't know how to treat a woman.
