Ahead of Pulse's Caribbean Model Search finals to be held this Sunday at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, The STAR presents snapshots of some of the finalists who will compete in the 'Search for the Caribbean's next Supermodel'.
Natalee Maxwell

Natalee certainly has a lot to smile about after being selected as one of the finalists for the CMS competition. Although she is in the petite category, Natalee says she has a big personality to make up for what she lacks in height.
This upbeat and perky teenager hopes to model successfully for some years and then become a nurse. She quotes MP Lisa Hanna as her mentor and is particularly impressed with the former model's go-getter attitude - whatever she sets her mind to, she does it. She was not limited to a modelling career and took it a step further by doing good things for her country.

Samantha has a knack for fashion which comes naturally to her. I love to dress up and look pretty. I want to be known in the international fashion circles and this contest is just what I need right now, says the confident Manchester native. The bubbly teen might just do that with her drive and effervescent personality.

Describing herself as shy, Janell says this competition has certainly helped to boost her self confidence. To make it in this industry, you have to be bold and unafraid and I am learning how to do that more and more each day. Janell enjoys listening to music, dancing and putting her culinary skills to work for friends and family.

This leggy beauty was first introduced to Pulse earlier this year at the Jazz and Blues Festival when she opted not to try out for Miss Jamaica Universe. Her preference for modelling led her to the Caribbean Model Search. Living and working in the second city as a nail technician, Patricia enjoys reading and is currently enjoying 24 Keys That Bring Complete Success by Paul J. Meyer.

Many of the contestants look to the past Caribbean Model Search contestants, who are presently international supermodels, for inspiration. For Jodi Ann Richards, Cosmo covergirl Sunna Gottshalk is her all-time favourite. She is a phenomenal model. She's very poised and I hope I can even be half as good as she is someday.
