It's not everyday you get the chance of having a personal workout session with your favourite celebrity. Well that's what eight lucky fans of the 'energy god', Elephant Man had a chance to do, last Friday.

The one-hour workout session, held at The Gleaner Company's North Street offices featured mainly dancehall moves, as Elephant Man, clad in a pair of black sweat pants, black merino and a floral scarf, got things started with the 'Sweep'.

The participant, consisting of two females and six males, had the massive task of keeping up with the 'Energy God', who was very much in good shape, as they danced and exercised to his latest dance tunes.

Among the other dance moves that were displayed were 'No Linga', 'Luggo', 'Gully Creeper', 'Dip Again' and 'Shelly Belly'.

When asked how he felt about the outcome of the workout, Elephant Man said, "it was a great and wonderful workout. I'm also glad that the dancers enjoyed it."
