$100k bounty offered in St James

Dwayne Mcleod, Staff Reporter

Head of the St James police, Superintendent Steve McGregor, yesterday announced a $100,000 bounty for information leading to the arrest of eight men who are said to be behind the increase of major crimes in the parish.

The most-wanted men in the parish are Orlando Richardson, also called 'Ollie', who is allegedly responsible for a number of crimes committed in Hendon, Norwood.

Also wanted are:

Andrew Cross, also of Hendon.

Orlando Minto, also known as 'Indian', who is an alleged escapee of Lilliput.

Omar Lamey or 'Yellow', also of Lilliput.

Anthony Christie, also known as 'Bolo' of Bottom Pen.

Tadmar White, otherwise called 'Kanti', of Glendevon, and Zetroy Jones, also called 'Bella', of Tucker.

These seven men are all wanted in connection with murder and shooting incidents, while the eighth man, Oneil Brown, also known as 'Kelly', is wanted for rape.

According to Superintendent McGregor, the funds have been made available through the Police High Command.

The police are appealing to the public to come forward with any information they might have which could possibly lead to the apprehension of these men.
