Search still on for missing fishermen

The search is still on for four fishermen who went missing while at sea in the Pedro Bank area of St Elizabeth on Saturday.

Missing are 41-year-old Wayne Robinson, also called 'John Wayne' of Little Park; Gary 'Curry Belly' Bennett, of Watchwell district; Kevin 'Harry' James, 31, of Sandy Bank and Omar Williams, 24, of Newcomb Valley, all in St Elizabeth.

The Constabulary Communication Network report that the crew left Calabash Bay in Pedro Plains on July 17 in a 32-foot-long fishing boat, called 'God a God'.

The men reportedly docked at the North West Ridge at Pedro Banks and were last seen by another crew of fishermen.

They, however, disappeared about half an hour later.

The Marine police are investigating.
