The police report that the men, who are brothers from Ghana, were held during police operations in downtown Kingston and Bull Bay, St Andrew.

Arrested and charged are 26-year-old Rufie Abukar and 36-year-old Allsane Abukar.

Policemen attached to the Organised Crime Investigation Division reportedly arrested the younger brother on Orange Street in downtown Kingston, after he was allegedly caught selling more than 300 pirated DVDs.
