Roy Rayon's entry, Rise And Shine won him his fourth Festival Song Competition last Saturday at the National Indoor Sports Centre, St. Andrew. And although some say they disagree with the decision, a vox pop conducted by THE STAR showed otherwise.

Carmen Francis: "Yes, I think that he deserves to win because he can sing good, and yeah him deserve it of course."

Sheila Morgan: "No, I don't think he deserves to win everything, it should have split, because him a veteran, and the other person who sing the Jamaica song did sound good."
