Dear Pastor,
I am a 16-year-old girl. I live in New York. I met a boy recently. We were talking for a couple of weeks when we had sex. It was a big mistake. I was just caught up in the moment. We had sex several times and then all of a sudden he stopped talking to me. He won't respond to my phone calls and he won't talk to me. I don't know what to do. I wonder if it's because I had sex with him the first time. But I have feelings for him and I don't know what to do.
Tell me what to do, Pastor, please.

Dear D.,
I regret hearing that you made a mistake by having sex with this guy who, evidently, only wanted to have sex with you. Many teenage guys look at young girls as prey. All they are after is to have sex with as many of them as possible and then they move on. You got caught in this trap and I hope this experience will make you much more careful.
Stop trying to reach him. If you continue to call him and he answers, he is likely to come to see you or invite you out and try to have sex with you again.
Pastor
