I have a huge problem. I am in love with my brother. We have had sex three times. My mother doesn't know that we indulge in sexual acts. Should we continue and tell mom or should one of us move out of the house?

This is incest and God condemns incest. People who engage in such a sin curse themselves. So, please, desist from this practice immediately.

It is not a bad idea for you and your brother to live apart. Pray and ask God to keep you from having sex and to forgive you for what you have done.

Make an appointment to see a family counsellor. You do need counselling.
