18-y-o stabbed to death

Dwayne Mcleod, Staff Reporter

A teenager was stabbed to death yesterday by a group of men including male students in the Half-Way Tree, St Andrew, area.

Police reports are that at 3:30 p.m., 18-year-old Raymond Walters also known as 'Boysie' was walking along Constant Spring Road near the transportation centre when he was approached by a group of Corporate Area students among other men.

The group, the police say, reportedly stabbed him several times in the left side of his chest before fleeing the scene.

Walters succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the Kingston Public Hospital.

Police have neither established a motive nor have they identified any suspects in connection with the killing.

According to the police, one of the alleged attackers was identified only as 'Face'.
