Bugle's shoe fetish

Sadeke Brooks, STAR Writer

Bugle shows off his many shoes. - Ian Allen

Bugle is usually dressed neatly and is well coordinated. His fashion sense is evident and also his love for hats, but his real passion is shoes.

"Mi have a shoe fetish," said Bugle as he admitted to having more than 200 pairs of shoes.

Shoe gallery

This was evident by how neatly his many pairs of shoes were packed in an area that stretched the entire length of the room. He says he loves simple shoes, which is why he has many Nikes in different styles and colours. He has shoes of different brands like Aldo, Steven Madden, Clarks, Prada, Rocawear, Adidas and Timberland.

Bugle does not place as much emphasis on his pants. However, H & M is one of his favourite brands in jeans. "Mi like how dem fit. If mi nuh tell yuh weh dem name, u naah go see it," he said.

He also wears True Religion Jeans and when it is time to dress up, he goes for Guess. Rick B's designs is another of his favourite designers.

"Rick B's a di baddest designer in Jamaica. When him sew him ting dem, dem proper. Dis a proper designing," he said as he held up a pair of striped pants that was made by Rick B.

He added: "My first love was fashion designing. A me teach Rick B how fi sew. Mi learn from him bredda weh deh a England. Him a probably di biggest designer a England."

Sexy shirts

Bugle also likes pullovers but says he has to wear some sexy shirts while in the streets. He says he also likes to wear vest sweaters that go nicely with newsboy caps, which are his favourite. This way he has the golfer look that he likes.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for any talented and young producer to get his or her big buss in the music industry.

A lucky producer will have the chance to get his or her songs heard and chosen by DASECA productions.

All interested producers are being asked to submit a song they have produced. The song will be continuously streamed on www.jamaica-star.com.

Once your track has been chosen, it will be streamed on the STAR's online website where the public will get the chance to vote for their favourite.

Once the entries have been short-listed, the DASECA producers will pick their favourite and assist the producer in getting his or her name out in the business.

Producers are to send a copy of the song on CD to 'STAR Producer's Pick', The Gleaner Company, 7 North Street, Kingston, Jamaica.

Entries close Wednesday April 23rd.

Send in those tracks now!
