A man accused of causing the death of a woman was granted bail in the Spanish Town RM Court, where he appeared charged with manslaughter.
Robert Morgan, a mason, is being accused of causing the death of his church sister with whom he had a sexual relation.
In applying for bail, Morgan's lawyer Earl Hamilton told the court in no uncertain terms, that the deceased and Morgan had a sexual relationship and had being going together since 2006. "There are certain sexual ways that they celebrate and enjoy each other," he said, explaining that his client told him that at times she wanted too much and was seen as a nymphomaniac. It was then that the clerk of the court intervened and mentioned that the crown was not opposing bail. Morgan was offered $100,000 bail and ordered to surrender his travel documents. He returns to court on June 24.
Morgan was charged after the couple had sex and the woman died shortly after. The post-mortem report is still outstanding.
