We're back! THE STAR poll is here once again and dare we say, better than ever. We hit the streets with all the juiciest questions about sex, obeah, music, religion and much more, and now we're ready to give you the results. Prepare to be shocked and amused like never before.

There are many women who believe that Jamaican men are always going out with more than one woman at a time. Jamaican men, in all honesty, do not have the best reputation when it comes to women, and many feel this stereotype is unfounded. We wanted to find out how people feel about this, so we asked :

How many women do you think the average Jamaican man is going out with at any one time? Here's what we found out:

Mean 5.0

Median 4.0

It seems most people believe that a regular Jamaican man goes out with at least five women at once. What is interesting, though, is that the women who were polled gave an average answer of 3.8, while the men said 4.6. It is unusual to see that men actually suggest a larger number than women, which could be taken to mean that women are in some cases, underestimating the men and the number of women they have.

It could be thought that the men are simply suggesting this huge number so they can come off as 'cassanovas'.

The poll was conducted on January 28 -29 by Johnson Survey Research Limited

Sample size: 1,008 residents

The median is the middle number found after arranging the numbers from lowest value to the highest value and picking the middle one.

Mean is the average after all the numbers have been added and divided.
