I am 18 years old and I am having a problem. The problem is my sister used to date a guy before I came into the USA and now I have fallen for the same guy. Is something wrong with that? At first I did not know because she is a married woman and after I started talking to the guy her husband told me that she used to date the guy and now she is carrying some feelings because I am talking to the guy.

Pastor, am I wrong? Please, let me know.

Your sister should have told you that the guy used to date her. You couldn't have known that unless you were told. You were not living in America at that time.

Your sister should not accuse you of doing anything that is wrong.

The question is why didn't the guy tell you that he used to date your sister? Is it that he doesn't care? Some men would not get involved with two sisters, but others don't care at all.

I am glad that your brother-in-law told you and I would hope that you would understand that it is not a very healthy thing to do. I would suggest that you do not continue to date him and that you discuss the matter with your sister.
