Dear Pastor,
I am living in Canada with my husband who visits Jamaica on a regular basis.
A woman from Ocho Rios in St Ann is always sleeping with my husband. I confronted her, but because I am no longer in the country when my husband is there, she is in my house and in my bed. I am fed up with this. I spoke with my husband, but all he is saying is that he does not want her. She is always coming to see him. I don't believe him. We have been together for 16 years with two children.
What advice do you have for me? I found her number in my husband's wallet and an itinerary for her in his bag which indicated that both of them spent Christmas together in 2006 in Miami. This girl is looking for trouble. What should I do? She is destroying my family.
A.G., Toronto, Canada
Dear A.G.,
You have it wrong. It is not this girl who is destroying the relationship between your husband and yourself; it is your husband. It is your husband who is encouraging the relationship. If he didn't want her in the matrimonial bed, she couldn't be in there.
She didn't chain him up and take him to spend Christmas with her in Miami. He went on his own volition. So, deal with your husband. He is not speaking the truth.
