I wonder what you mean when you say that you were born with a 1 1/2 inch penis. Are you trying to say that your penis hasn't grown at all and in a real sense you have an abnormal penis?
Put all fun aside, some men are too carried away with size and some women insist that size matters. So certain men are under pressure. I suggest therefore that you check with a medical practitioner for advice.
