Baby's bitter end

An article entitled 'More mystery in bit killing' in last Wednesday's STAR, says there has been another shady circumstance surrounding the death of two-month-old Rhianna Anderson who was allegedly bitten to death.

According to the article, an autopsy report recently revealed that the child had died from a blow to the back of her head rather than from the bites of a four-year old, as people thought.

A development such as this only makes a bad situation worse and one cannot help but imagine and condemn what, or who, is responsible for the death of the infant.

Bloodstains

The story revealed reports which stated that the four-year-old in question was found with bloodstains on her when little Rhianna was found. Sad to say however, this new development does not rule out her involvement.

This story is truly a sad one, and based on the little known facts of this story, one can only imagine what other frightening pieces of information awaits curious individuals. One thing is certain however, whatever is in the dark must come to light, so while the police are carrying out their investigative duties, we can only hope for the best possible outcome.

In a situation such as this, one can only hope that the death of the infant is found to be an accident. While this will not change the fact that the child is already dead, it will definitely help to know if she was maliciously subjected to any form of violence.
