Mutilated - Body parts of missing child found

Dwayne Mcleod, Staff Reporter

The Montego Bay Police yesterday made the gruesome find of the remains ten-year-old Donique Evans, who was reported missing on Sunday.

The police stumbled upon some of the mutilated body parts of the child at about 10:00 a.m., shortly after which the headless torso was found.

According to reports, the child's two arms, the left leg along with a pair of pants was found along the vicinity of the Anchovy Main Road in St. James.

Head of the St. James Police Division, Superintendent Steve Mcgregor explained to THE STAR that the child was reported missing on Sunday after she was expected to return home to her mother in Spring Mount in the parish.

It was further reported that she was to return from spending the holidays with her father, McDonald Evans, who is now being sought by the police to assist in the investigations.
