I was reading your column and I noticed that a young girl says she has never had an orgasm. I am 22 years old and although I have been having sex for three years, I have only had two orgasms. The first one was before I lost my virginity and the other one was a couple months ago but I was under the influence of marijuana.

I spoke to my boyfriend about it. He is very understanding. However I believe this problem is psychological as I was abused as a child. Still, it is a very frustrating situation. Please tell me what to do.

I suggest that your boyfriend and you go to a sex therapist. If both of you are planning to get married it is important that this problem be addressed.

While you were under the influence of marijuana and your boyfriend and you were having sex, all your inhibitions disappeared and you were able to experience orgasm. No woman should have to use such substance to experience orgasm. It is unwise for you to do so.
