Four men, including two brothers, were killed in separate cases across the Corporate Area and Spanish Town on Saturday, the police are reporting.

Dead are Michael McCoy, 44 of Dayton Avenue, and his brother Lloyd; Ricardo James, 26, otherwise called Chris of Morgan Lane, Homestead, St. Catherine, and Kemar Miller, 23, of Olympic Way.

The St. Andrew Central police have begun to probe the murders of the brothers who were killed on Dayton Avenue, Kingston 10.

According to police reports, at 5:30 p.m., residents heard explosions and summoned the police. When they arrived, the bodies of the men were found with gunshot wounds. The crime scene was processed and the bodies removed to the morgue for post- mortem.

An hour earlier, residents of Old Harbour Road, St. Catherine, heard explosions and called the police. When members of the Spanish Town CIB arrived they found James' body on the roadway with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the Spanish Town hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Meanwhile, at approximately 8 p.m., Miller was shot dead while buying food. Police reports are that he was purchasing a meal at a food wagon, when he was pounced upon by two men armed with guns. The gunmen immediately fired shots hitting him. He was taken to KPH where he was pronounced dead.
