BSI probing death of man

Elgin Taylor, Star Writer

The Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI), is looking into the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Linstead, St. Catherine on Sunday.

Police say they were conducting an operation in the Zephyton area about 11:15 p.m. when they were fired on by three men. The cops returned the fire, and at the end of the shooting a man known as Denton Rodney of unknown address, was found suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the Linstead Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
