It was a star-studded evening, as four lucky ladies went on their dates with One Third and Da' Ville.

Shelly-Ann Martin, Sheena-Kay McFar-lene, Shara Lee Archibald and Meisha Forest won the dates when The Star invaded Integration Thursdays at the Students' Union, University of the West Indies, recently.

It was evening full of laughter and interesting moments as the couples chatted and enjoyed themselves.

Seated at separate tables, Shelly-Ann was paired off with Al, Sheena-Kay with Miguel, Shara Lee with Adrian and Meisha with Da'Ville.

The Columbus Restaurant at the Pegasus hotel provided the right setting with its cozy ambience, as the group sampled sumptuous Italian dishes.

The Star team went from table to table and overheard some interesting stories and jokes.

Da'Ville told Meisha how involved he was with his music.

The two talked about school and life on Taylor Hall as Da'Ville confided that he is contemplating going back to school himself.

As the team switched to Miguel and Sheena's table, we were just in time for the 'patch discussion', in which Sheena inquired about Miguel's famous hairstyle.

According to Miguel, he always experiments with hairstyles, the only reason he has kept this one so long is because so many fans are used to it. Sheena was quick to point out, "It's two toned, you know. Did you try dye it and it neva work? Miguel responded "Easy nuh man!"

Adrian and Shara Lee hit it off instantly chatting and laughing away about everything.

Coincidentally, Adrian is Shara Lee's mother's favourite Rising Star. Her mother made sure to call Shara Lee to talk with Adrian.

Adrian and her mother had quite an extended conversation as Shara Lee laughed and said with some embarrassment, "I can't believe your talking to my mother on my date. She was persistently calling me saying please put him on the phone."

Meanwhile, Al and Shelly discussed all things music, from vintage to dancehall.

Al was his usual humorous self making jokes at Shelly. He asked her, "You can 'Dutty Wine' and back it up?", to which Shelly adamantly said she couldn't.

Al cheekily responded, "That's the national dance you know!"

Everyone enjoyed their meal and was sad to part ways.

At the end of the night, the pairs took pictures, exchanged hugs and bid farewell. Da'Ville ended the on a high note, serenading all the girls with his hit song On My Mind.
