Cloned streets

THE EDITOR: Sir

Are we living in some primitive age? Why do we have three pieces of roadways bearing the same name?

There are three pieces of roadways in Falmouth, Trelawny, bearing the same name 'Pitt Street'. I'm calling on the relevant authorities to give the above-named roadways separate names. I suggest that the longest piece be named 'Pitt Drive' second longest 'Pitt Avenue' and the third largest be called 'Pitt Crescent'.

Many times visitors to that section of Falmouth experience great difficulty when searching for a particular dwelling.

I am, etc
