Jamaica College, Calabar clash at Hope

Manning Cup champions Calabar High and Jamaica College will clash in a pre-season one-day football extravaganza on the grounds of JC at Old Hope Road on Saturday.

The schools will be competing for the Keane-Crosskill Trophy.

Four matches will be played starting at 11 a.m. with a clash of the under-14 teams. At 12:30 it will be the turn of the under-16s.

The over-35 match featuring famous old boys like Peter Moses, Ian Andrews and Jimmy Adams will be played at 2 p.m.

The feature match between the Manning Cup squads of both schools is on at 3:30 p.m. A presentation ceremony for the winners will be held at 5.30 p.m.

There will also be entertainment throughout the day, as well as food and memorabilia on sale.
