The complainant was allegedly punched in the face several times, dragged some distance away and her head slammed into a wall. He allegedly drove her to her apartment despite her requests to be taken to the hospital.

She was later taken by her friends to the Kingston Public Hospital for treatment. Pryce was subsequently arrested, charged and granted $20,000 station bail.

Another incident is alleged to have also taken place at the deejay's Kingston apartment in July last year and was reported. However, he was not charged until June 7 when he appeared in court. The artiste pleaded not guilty to the charges.
