Elder Ronald Charlton who was ordained in 1970 became the pastor for the church after Elder Henry, and has been in leadership ever since. Charlton was ordained as elder in 1974 at Swaby's Hope by Bishop T. Jermaine. The Content Shiloh Apostolic Church and other branches have come out of the Goshen Church. The Elim Shiloh Apostolic was formed by members of the youth group at Goshen. Additional work was carried out on the Goshen church in the mid 1990s and so the facility is now able to accommodate over 300 persons. A dining area was added for the church conventions and other large functions.

OUTREACH PROGRAMME: The church assists the needy and the shut-ins, makes house to house visits and has prayer meetings. It visits the Infirmary in Santa Cruz on a number of occasions each year. Members sing and pray with the inmates there, give them food and clothing as well as other goodies. Persons from the church also visit the Black River Hospital and have prayer with the patients. The sick and needy in and out of the Goshen area are also visited by the church and assistance is given them. Members and non-members benefit by way of assistance when there is death in the family.
