MAKYN THE NEWS

THIS WEEK I'M giving you all a visual treat; some shots of nature and it's inhabitants that I have been collecting for a while.

Yes, I know it's a bit off the trail. I guess I am unpredictable, but let's get back to more important business.

Do we really take time out to admire the beauty that surrounds us on this slendid piece of land called Jamaica? The birds, plants, flowers, and even those little insects that are more like a nuisance to some of us. Maybe we need to take a step back and just try to appreciate these things.

Trust me, a good stress reliever. So, whenever, you have the time, just find a park or some other green area to go and just relax.
