Mr. Vegas, THE STAR's Artiste of the Month. - IAN ALLEN
THE WOMEN HAVE been writing in about how they plan to wine and dine THE STAR's Artiste of the Month, Mr. Vegas. We want to narrow the field down to those you think will do the better job. Help Vegas choose who he will take on a date and call in your votes on who you think should go on the date with him. The persons with the most votes will meet the artiste and get a chance to put their plan into effect.

If I were to cater to you Mr. Smith the service would be as follows:
MENU
Shrimp Cream Cheese
Appetiser:
Greek style chicken and pasta, baked potatoes with sour cream and garlic, zesty broccoli salad, strawberry freeze, sparkling white wine.
The setting would be as follows:
Dinner on the balcony with a nice view overlooking the city. I would have a mind-blowing table setting with slender candles lightly scented placed at intervals of the table, with a peach and creme table cloth with just sprinkles of hot pink rose petals to set a romantic mood.
There will be soul grooves playing softly in the background to bring across a loving and romantic feeling.
A small bouquet of hot pink roses will be a centrepiece for the table, dinnerware will take the colour scheme of our candles with neatly folded napkins in the centre of the plates, stainless steel cutlery, and exquisite wine glasses to fit the appeal of our white wine with strawberries floating on top.
If you choose me I will take you away from the regular meals you eat each day and let you have a tasty and elegant meal.

The perfect meal idea in which Vegas should relish:
The setting, Caribbean of course, non-artificial but all natural. This setting will be on the beach, a classy picnic dinner. We will dine on a blanket decorated with sweet smelling rose petals, no candles, but the romantic lighting of the moon.
As I'm from Montego Bay I would recommend the Doctor's Cave beach. It is secure, super clean and absolutely breathtaking. In case it rains, Ha Ha, just across the road is the beautiful Montego Bay hotel we could set up one of the balconies with a collection of sea stones, shells and coconut leaves etc, because if we can't be on the beach, then we should have a bird's eye view of the beach and the spectacular scenery that accompanies it.
Now down to the meal:
Appetiser will be a glass of sparkling wine and small talk about sweet nothings to get comfortable, you know break the ice. This is followed by a fresh Caribbean garden salad. Now on to the main course. As I'm a seafood lover I've decided to prepare my special mouth-watering seafood in coconut sauce served over tender pasta complemented with lightly steamed broccoli and carrot sticks. Dessert will be a fresh Caribbean fruit plate drizzled with strawberry sauce
