BANANA SPLIT

DEAR PASTOR,

I really need your help. My ex and I have been together for more than three years. While I was going out with him, I met another man.

My real boyfriend and I are going out for over a year. And the worst thing is that they are both friends. But at the time, I did not know. I found out six months ago. I really do love my boyfriend, but I still have feelings for my ex.

My ex and I still talk, go out and have fun, but my boyfriend said that he doesn't want me to talk to him.

He said that the reason why he doesn't want us to talk is because he thinks that I will have sex with him. He says that he trusts me.

Please, pastor, I really need your help.

C. A., St. Catherine, Jamaica

Dear C. A.,

I am sorry you are so mixed up. You still have feelings for your ex-boyfriend. I wonder what caused you to leave him. If he had done you any wrong I doub't very much that you would still be going out with him.

Your present boyfriend suggested that you stop seeing him. I believe that is good advice. You are confused. It is never good for a girl to get involved with two friends, so please, stick with the last guy.

Pastor
