I have known a guy for two years. We live together and life is good. But there is this older woman that he used to talk to and have relations with. But now his penis won't stand up for her. So why does he keep going over to her house? I know that he only goes down on her. I don't deny him sex or anything so why does he keep going over there?

Firstly, how do you know that this man cannot have an erection when he is with this older woman? Did he tell you that? If he told you that he is "going down" on her, is she also "going down" on him? Do you think this man respects you? Or does he look at you as an idiot?

If he respected you, he wouldn't tell you these things. Girl, he doesn't love you one bit. He is a user. He is very disrespectful. He is lying to you. He has good reasons for going to this woman. Therefore, you should end the relationship with him.
