A bustling signing session

KESI ASHER Staff Reporter

Left: Twin of Twins sign posters for their fans at the autograph signing session at the Aquarius Records on Friday. Right: A few foreigners stopped by the Aquarius on Friday to meet the Twins and get some autographed posters.

TWIN OF TWINS gladly signed autographs, greeted their many fans and posed for pictures at the autograph signing session on Friday.

The session was held at Aquarius Records in Half-Way Tree where THE STAR's artistes' of the month, Twin of Twins, interacted with their fans.

A mixed crowd turned out to the session. Students from Holy Childhood and Meadowbrook High, among other schools, mixed with the men who came for the talent search, which was held after the autograph signing.

A number of people, who were also at previous Artiste of the Month autograph signing sessions, stopped by and although the artistes were different, their enthusiasm was the same. The staff at Aquarius, who was used to this occasion, also got into the action. Some managed the crowd, others managed the turntables and still others got autographs.

The girls were excited to see Patrick (Curly Lox) and Paul (Tu Lox) Gaynor, and they were also very anxious to get their posters and autographs. Three foreigners, who came to the store to buy records, were glad for the opportunity to meet Twin of Twins. They too got posters and autographs, and were even lucky to get copies of the Twins' CDs.

The Twins, though accustomed to giving back to their fans, were pleased to be at the autograph signing session. "We ever a interact with them (fans) pan a level. A jus love fi dem cause a dem mek we, so we just do it fi dem. Anything wah we can do, we ah go try do it. A whole heapa talent out deh inna di ghetto weh nobody nah hear," said Patrick.
