MARC WHITE, THE 43-year-old doctor charged with indecent assault, will return to court on March 3 when his trial is expected to continue.
White was charged on July 22 last year with indecent assault after the complainant told the police the accused allegedly performed oral sex on her when she visited his office on July 15.
The matter began on January 25 and will continue in March with the complainant continuing her testimony.
Allegations before the courts are that on the day in question, the complainant went to the doctor's office on Tangerine Place to receive a check-up after experiencing pains in her abdomen and back. The court was told that while there she was sexually abused. The complainant told family members about the incident and they encouraged her to report the matter.
The police were called and after investigations, White was arrested and charged. White's bail was also extended until that date.
