CHURCH HISTORY: The church got started by the late Elder Walva Maxwell and has produced several outstanding individuals, including one of the movement's bishops, the Reverend Curtis Brown, who was recently ordained. Bishop Brown was once a pastor at the church. The membership has grown over the years and the church caters for persons of all ages.
OUTREACH PROGRAMME: The church takes care of the needy and the shut-ins in and around the community in which it is located. It has a programme which pays particular attention to widows by assisting in whatever way possible to make life comfortable for such individuals.
It assists primary, high school and college students in various ways while they pursue their studies. Persons are assisted in the purchasing of uniforms and the paying of tuition fees. The church runs a programme that allows women to meet on Thursdays to learn craft work.
